Responsibilities:

  • Keep our records and files neat organized and up-to-date.
  • Handle emails phone calls and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management.
  • Help prepare reports presentations and internal documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (Associates/Bachelors preferred).
  • Previous admin/clerical experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.

Desired Experience:

Maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
