Responsibilities:
- Keep our records and files neat organized and up-to-date.
- Handle emails phone calls and other correspondence efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management.
- Help prepare reports presentations and internal documents.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Associates/Bachelors preferred).
- Previous admin/clerical experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
Desired Experience:
Maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
