Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities. This role focuses on outbound outreach email campaign management and building relationships with business owners interested in improving their payment processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor outbound email campaigns for performance and engagement
- Respond to inbound emails from prospects in a timely manner
- Follow up with contacts who have opened or clicked links in email campaigns
- Create and manage new outbound email campaigns
- Make outbound sales calls from a provided lead list
- Engage with potential clients to understand their interest in switching merchant service providers
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners
- Gather key information about prospects and document interactions
- Maintaining CRM Data
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with outbound calling and email outreach
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in sales fintech or merchant services is a plus
