Job Summary
This position will be part of the CRRE Business Operations team. Our cross-functional team focuses on strategic planning performance management and operational excellence initiatives that enable CRRE to protect Amazons customer trust through improved availability outcomes. We partner closely with engineering science and product teams to translate complex technical challenges into actionable business strategies drive data-driven decision-making and ensure our organization delivers measurable improvements in system reliability and incident response. We collaborate with teams across multiple Amazon organizations to continuously raise the availability bar while reducing aggregate resilience cost for builders.
As a Principal Product Manager (Tech) for the team you will define the product strategy for treating availability and operational resilience as first-class products. You will drive appropriate technology choices lead the way for continuous innovation in business operations tooling and processes and shape how CRRE measures reports and improves availability outcomes across Amazon. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on how Amazon approaches operational excellence at scale. You will play a pivotal role in driving our teams strategic planning processes operational review mechanisms and performance management systems as well as driving alignment with partner business engineering and science teams across Amazon on high-profile initiatives that protect customer trust. Reporting directly to the Director of CRRE you will be instrumental in initiating greenfield projects that transform how we operationalize availability as a product and driving their development through all stages from inception to deployment.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
