Job Title: Principal Program Manager

Location: Washington D.C. (Local DMV presence required; hybrid/remote considered case-by-case)

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Principal on behalf of our client in Washington D.C. to support the RFK PMO Campus redevelopment program. The role will provide leadership for large-scale public infrastructure projects including stadium construction parking garages Sportsplex facilities and associated infrastructure. The Principal will serve as the Owner Representatives primary point of contact ensuring project objectives are met on schedule and within budget while coordinating with internal teams consultants and public agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the Owner Representative and RFK PMO.
Lead the planning development and delivery of large-scale public infrastructure projects including transportation utilities multi-modal facilities public facilities and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee project management construction management risk mitigation and quality control.
Manage teams of consultants maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to budgets.
Collaborate with public sector agencies on capital construction programs procurement contracts and regulatory compliance.
Facilitate communication and coordination via meetings calls and written correspondence to advance project milestones.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in public infrastructure project delivery.
Proven record of successfully managing large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
Demonstrated experience with public sector agencies project development procurement contracts and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership decision-making and communication skills.
Experience managing tight schedules budgets and project risks effectively.

Program Management Professional (PgMP) PMI
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) CMAA
Professional Engineer (PE) License (as applicable)
LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) USGBC
