The Marketing Campaign Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across St Vincents Cares key service lines including Residential Aged Care Home Care Retirement Living Recruitment and Brand. Working closely with the Campaign Manager and wider marketing team you will help coordinate timelines briefs approvals and campaign assets across digital print and inperson channels ensuring activity is delivered on time and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
We have an exciting fixed term full-time contract until 31 December 2026 available now. This opportunity is ideal for an organised detailoriented marketing professional looking to grow their career in a fastpaced purposedriven environment.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Coordinate timelines tasks and approvals to support the smooth delivery of campaigns across all service lines
- Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs and ensure effective information sharing with internal stakeholders like design and digital teams
- Manage the production of campaigns including styling and running photo-shoots and assisting with interviews
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors for quotes logistics and creative delivery
- Manage the delivery of events including venue selection budgeting and resource allocation
- Maintain campaign calendars asset libraries and oversee marketing invoices for timely payment
- Gather campaign data and format presentations to support post-campaign reviews
Things that work for us:
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing support role including internships or entry-level positions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in writing and editing for a variety of channels with high attention to detail
- Understanding of core marketing channels (print digital events) and familiarity with project management platforms or CMS tools
- A collaborative inclusive style with a desire to learn and uphold the core values of St Vincents
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related discipline
