Maintenance Coordinator
Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in supervising the provision of all maintenance across the Hospital site and ensuring a safe working environment for colleagues customers and the general public. Reporting to Operations Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Responsibility for the supervision and delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance services and defect correction in accordance with the business monthly and annual Maintenance Program Life Cycle Plan and Reactive Maintenance Service.
- Monitor and report on contract performance to the Leadership team.
- Prepare Business Cases for equipment replacement & prepare estimates for FF & FE replacement programs or other minor works.
- Undertake condition or facilities appraisals as directed.
- Supervise and audit execution of work directions/job requests undertaken by Health Staff and subcontractors to require response time quality cost and legislative requirements.
What Youll Bring
- A Trade Licence or Facilities Management Experience.
- A valid unrestricted drivers licence.
- Experience in the supervision of a team of maintenance trades staff and sub-contractors.
- Demonstrated capacity of management skills and leadership in an organisation.
- Extensive experience in maintenance planning scheduling and maintenance engineering analysis.
- Working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards Building Code of Australia (BCA) and statutory requirements.
