Job Summary

At LION we have made significant progress within our Digital and Technology function and were now ready for the next step in this journey. As part of this we are now looking for an Head of Analytics Data and AI to join our team reporting through to ourExecutive General Manager Digital and Technology. This is a pivotal role that will enable LION to pursue its next phase of growth and profitability.

In this role you will deliver measurable business value through Digital Data Analytics & AI drive enterprise-wide adoption and usage of insights and establish Digital Data Analytics & AI as a trusted capability.

We are seeking a disciplined strategic and commercially minded executive who will understand Lions context economics business model and opportunities. This person will possess broad business acumen commercial nous and a demonstrated ability to operate confidently across functions. This will include engaging directly with the C-level to ensure ongoing alignment sponsorship and to support critical business decisions through high-impact analytical support.

Youll be a highly quantitative business leader with a strong degree of technical and analytical fluency and a track record of leading and operationalising Digital Data Analytics & AI solutions at scale.
