Responsibilities

Your Role:

As part of the Business Transformation Team the Senior Business Transformation Manager is responsible for leading key initiatives and programs across the this role you will develop prioritize and execute initiatives that enhance top line growth and improve operational efficiencies. The Senior Business Transformation Manager will partner with key stakeholders across Business Units and Functions utilizing program development frameworks Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence methodologies functional knowledge (e.g. commercial finance procurement IT etc.) program/project management skills and change management principles. The role is accountable for leading implementing maintaining and improving people process and technology capabilities across the enterprise; and plays a lead role in driving initiatives and teams towards realization of both quantitative and qualitative benefits that are aligned with RCPs overall strategy.

What Youll Lead:

  • Lead the development testing and implementation of large complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead process optimization and promote consistency in processes and tools. Employ Continuous Improvement capabilities: Six Sigma Lean Agile data analysis and Kaizen workshop facilitation
  • Gather requirements define and document business processes/procedures using workflow modeling techniques and standardized documentation templates.
  • Engage leaders and cross-functional teams through effective collaboration in order to:
    • Define the intent outcomes and scope for the program.
    • Ideate on key program components/discrete projects.
    • Secure necessary approvals and resources.
    • Develop overall timeline and project plans in MS Project or other software tools.
    • Drive execution within approved budget and timeline across all projects and activities within the program.
  • Ensure RCPs commitments to respect and inclusion are attained.
  • Follow established procedures for tracking multiple projects concurrently.
  • Create and implement a change management plan to ensure engagement and commitment from all key stakeholders.
  • Build program related content for effective stakeholder communications in order to drive visibility clarity alignment & decision making.
  • Develop effective measurements/ROI on all projects and report on progress on a regular basis.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience leading initiatives/projects and facilitating workshops/kaizen sessions.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Intellectual Curiosity.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of time management skills and managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risk and proactively ensure obstacles are addressed to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into tactical actions and make sound business decisions under time pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • A strong desire to take charge and lead.
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or similar advanced degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification

  • Prior experience in Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods industry

  • Corporate Strategy experience

Posted Salary Range

USD $127700.00 - USD $185150.00 /A

Bonus Eligibility

Role is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals subject to plan administration guidelines.
