Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction property development or real estate project management and possess excellent organizational communication and leadership skills. This role requires managing multiple stakeholders ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage real estate development projects including residential commercial or mixed-use properties from planning through construction and handover.
- Develop project plans timelines and budgets; monitor progress and implement adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other consultants to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor construction progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage procurement contracts and vendor relationships ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee risk management including identifying potential issues developing mitigation strategies and maintaining safety standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management stakeholders and investors.
- Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws building codes and environmental regulations.
- Mentor and guide project teams fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies budgeting and scheduling software.
- Excellent leadership communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations permitting processes and building codes.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
