Your Impact
Were looking for a highly organised and detail-drivenMarketing Coordinatorto help bring campaigns to life across our fast-moving brands. This is a hands-on role at the heart of marketing execution perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things moving aligning teams and making sure great ideas land seamlessly in market.
Youll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaign delivery from brief through to launch and wrap-up. working closely with Brand Creative and Media teams to ensure campaigns are deliveredon time on budget and on brand.
A Day in the Life
- Own the day-to-day coordination of campaigns from initial brief through to execution and post-campaign wrap.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear timelines deliverables and actionable tasks for all stakeholders.
- Take a hands-on role in the preparation coordination and delivery of campaign collateral across all channels
- Ensure all campaign assets (digital social broadcast and promotional) are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
- Build and manage detailed project timelines including key milestones approvals and dependencies.
- Assist in tracking campaign budgets ensuring spend aligns with approved forecasts.
Your Strengths
- 2 years experience in marketing campaign coordination or creative production ideally within an agency however not essential.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams.
- Experience or interest in sports wagering or entertainment (a bonus not essential).
