Job Summary
Join the Chapman Tucson Market team as a Landscape Maintenance Technician in Tucson this role you will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful healthy outdoor environments by performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks. Your efforts will help ensure the safety aesthetics and functionality of our commercial landscapes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing edging trimming and blowing
- Maintain shrubs trees and plant beds
- Monitor and adjust irrigation systems
- Keep grounds free of debris and hazards
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
- Ensure property appearance meets high commercial standards
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers trimmers blowers etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Valid drivers license (required)
