Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP QM modules for plant manufacturing environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and testing activities
- Provide expertise in quality inspections notifications audits and preventive maintenance
- Support legacy factory transitions and ensure alignment with corporate quality standards
- Assist in validation and compliance testing for regulated environments
- Travel to facilities as needed (locations include Twin Cities NJ NC Manitoba)
- 5 years of experience in SAP QM implementation and support
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare pharma)
- Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site visits
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with organization change management
- Knowledge and experience with qTestand JIRA software
