Job Title: Assistant Product Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $20-25/hr on W2
Assistant Product Analyst as part of its Strategic Resourcing services. This is a contract role where the selected candidate will support a WWT customer and be employed by one of WWTs preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefits details prior to employment.
Job Summar
Junior Assistant Product Analyst to join the Managed Services and Product Operations organization.
This role focuses on execution-level support working closely with the Product Analyst to:
- Coordinate project intake activities
- Track cross-team requests
- Ensure end-to-end follow-through until systems and products are fully operational
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured project intake interviews using defined templates and processes
- Capture and document business requirements dependencies access needs and readiness criteria
- Submit and track work requests across Engineering Platform Administration Security and Operations teams
- Perform persistent follow-up on open requests including re-submissions when required
- Maintain intake trackers dependency logs and readiness dashboards
- Support go-live and transition activities by validating prerequisite completion
- Assist with operational documentation including intake summaries runbooks and handoff materials
- Provide regular status updates to the Product Analyst and escalate blockers with clear context
