Your work profile

• We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analystto join our team with a strong focus onintegrations API-driven architectures and digital commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and SMEs toelicit analyze and document requirements
• Translate business needs intofunctional specifications user stories (Gherkin) and technical requirements
• Defineacceptance criteria data mappings and process flows
• Ensureend-to-end traceabilityfrom requirements to deployment
• Define and documentintegration points across systems
• Work closely with engineering teams todesign and validate REST/SOAP APIs
• Interpret and documentdata exchange formats (JSON XML CSV EDI)
• Support testing using tools
• Lead and actively participate inAgile ceremonies(Sprint Planning PI Planning Grooming Reviews Retrospectives)
• Drivebacklog refinement and prioritizationwith Product Owners
• Act as aliaison between business development QA and external vendors
• Facilitate workshops and ensurealignment across global teams
• SupportSIT/UAT planning execution and sign-offs
• Definetest scenarios test cases and validation criteria
• Supportincident management and troubleshootingacross integrated systems
• Monitor system performance and ensurebusiness continuity
• Identifyprocess improvement opportunitiesand drive enhancements

Key skills required

• 7 yearsof experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with:
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
• Expertise in:
• Requirement engineering (BRD FRD User Stories)
• Data mapping and integration design
• Strong stakeholder management andclient-facing experience
• Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)

• Domain experience inManufacturing CPG or eCommerce
• Certifications:CBAP PMI-PBA CSM PSPO
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication andstakeholder influencing skills
• Ability to work incomplex global delivery environments
• Solution-oriented and proactive approach
• Strong collaboration andteam-player attitude
• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering Computer Science Business or a related field.

• Location- Bangalore PuneHyderabad (preferred) Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

• Maximum acceptable notice: 45 days
