Finance Head / Group Finance Lead
Location: Cochin
Qualification: CA / CMA / CPA or Master’s Degree in Finance / Business
Experience: 12–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting5–7 years in a managerial role (preferably in MNC / BPO / Shared Services)
CTC-32 L (Slightly Negotiable)
Industry: Manufacturing
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Head / Group Finance Lead to oversee the complete finance and accounting operations of the legal entity. As a key member of the management team you will be responsible for driving financial performance ensuring compliance and building a high-performing finance function aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Controllership Function
Lead end-to-end financial operations including accounting taxation payroll payables treasury and statutory reporting
Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and statutory regulations
Manage and coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits
Oversee timely month-end and year-end closing reporting forecasting and reconciliations
Strengthen and optimize internal financial processes
Provide regular financial performance insights to Group / Business Leaders
Maintain financial models and support GBS service structures
Ensure timely communication with HQ / Group stakeholders
* Team Management
Lead and manage the GBS Finance function with full accountability
Deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines
Drive business value creation and support strategic initiatives
Hire develop and retain a high-performing finance team
Implement training coaching and continuous development programs
Conduct performance reviews and build a strong feedback culture
Develop succession planning and team backup structures
Support business development initiatives within GBS
Qualifications & Experience
CA / CMA / CPA or Master’s Degree in Finance / Business
12–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting
