Job Summary

Role Name: Process Mining Lead:

Must Have Skills:

Total of 12-16 Years of total Experience and at least 4 years in managing Process Mining Projects in Celonis
Hands on OCPM experience/ Good Understanding of OCPM in Celonis developed OCPM models at least in 2 Projects .
Excellent understanding of Domains such as O2C P2P MFG etc.
Strong Project Management Skills / Agile Methodology / stakeholder skills Excellent Project Management capabilities
Has Good experience in delivering AI/GenAi initiatives in Process Mining Any AI / GenAi related assets in process mining / Celonis will be added advantage.
Good Experience of Running Ai/ GenAi PoCs for multiple projects and presenting the solution and Risk to Leadership.
Has hands on Experience in responding to Proposals create Pricings etc.

Good to Have Skills:

Has experience of running workshops.
PMP Preferred
Pharma Domain Preferred
