Responsibilities:
Researchprospectiveclientsthroughseveralstrategiesincludinginternetresearchtradeshowlistsreferralsyellowpagesvariousprofessionaldirectoriesandpersonalinvestigation
Createaccuratespreadsheetsofprospectiveclientdataincludingnamestitlesphonenumbersaddressesandvariousotherinformation
Generatedailymailingstoprospectiveclientsusingupdatedandaccuratespreadsheets
Coldcallprospectiveclients
Creativelyproblemsolvetoimprovecurrentnewbusinessdevelopmentstrategy
Negotiateratesanddeadlineswithprospectiveandcurrentclients
EducateprospectiveandexistingclientsregardingthetranslationprocessincludingTransPerfectsratesjustificationforturnaroundtimeandcompetitorsinformation
Liaisewithproductiontoensurethatalljobsarehandledappropriatelyandwithkeenattentiontodetailresultinginaperfectproduct
Consistentlyfollowupwithclientstoensuretheirsatisfactionwithdeliveryqualityandcustomerservice
ResearchandunderstandallindustriesthatTransPerfectmarketstoincludingindustryleaderscurrenteventsandanyotherpertinentdata
Performotherspecialprojectsordutieswhenrequired
