Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts including home auto umbrella renters and high-value homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Compensation Package
- Competitive salary range: $45000 - $65000 (based on experience).

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager for personal lines accounts.
- Handle the full renewal process including quoting and policy updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries issuing ID cards and processing policy changes.
- Utilize agency management software (Hawksoft) to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work with a book of business totaling approximately $2.4 million in premium.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Familiarity with insurance carriers and processes is required.
- Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
