Job Summary

工作职责:

  1. 有效执行年度销售策略及区域销售计划;
  2. 根据公司及部门销售目标开展销售工作完成各项销售指标;
  3. 主动收集项目信息并进行合理分析提高项目成功率;
  4. 持续开发新的经销商/项目
  5. 对现有市场和客户进行分析发现客户的潜在需求引导相关客户现有需求达成销售目标
  6. 根据客户需求的特点独立和配合经销商为客户提供最优产品解决方案
  7. 负责独立或配合经销商进行与客户之间的商务谈判建立客户关系提高合同额和利润率
  8. 负责协调各种内部外部资源解决在项目实施过程中出现的问题提高客户满意度
  9. 处理经销商采购订单跟踪应收账款协调售后服务事宜
  10. 按时完成销售预测并定时对销售数据进行分析

任职资格:

  • 大专及以上学历3年以上建材行业的工程销售经验具有工程渠道客户开发维护与管理的工作经验者优先
  • 熟悉工程项目销售流程者优先考虑熟悉门控五金行业者优先;
  • 以销售结果为导向工作重点明确有计划开展工作并控制结果
  • 具有诚信负责和吃苦耐劳的品质有较强的创造力和自我激励抗压力和适应力强
  • 良好的沟通谈判能力及亲和力
