  • 完成公司下达的区域内各项销售相关的指标
  • 在药物研发领域相关客户推荐Revvity产品及定制服务独立进行产品展示客户培训及技术协助在区域内大力发展新客户和客户采购部门维持良好业务关系
  • 和各个业务部门协调销售订单物流及库存管理
  • 提供随时更新的销售前瞻预估使得公司对于整体的产品销售有准确地评判
  • 及时发现市场支持需求给与市场计划合理的建议参与展会及各种公司支持的业内会议
  • 提供周报/月报及时更新客户反馈和问题以及相应的解决方案

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish KPIs for the territory
  • Establish a network of scientific contacts in pharmas biotechs and other related customers to propose the Revvity products and services. Independently handle product demonstration customer training and technical assistance.
  • Develop new customers in the territory. Establish close relationship with purchasing department
  • Coordinate sales order logistics and potential inventory management
  • Prepare and implement sales forecasts in association with management to maximize product line sales and business development
  • Identify promotional and other marketing support needs. Contribute to Marketing Plan development. Support trade show promotion by attendance at industry related meetings

要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 生命科学领域的硕士以上学历
  • 至少三年以上相关工作经验
  • 对Revvity 产品的技术理论有深入的了解有一定的应用经验
  • 对于市场和客户有整体的理解可以做到产品线和客户的高度匹配
  • 强大的谈判和沟通能力
  • 具有在最低限度管理下的独立及主动工作能力
  • 高度的道德和诚信上的自我规范
  • 很好的计算机应用水平包括Microsoft Word Excel Power Point 及 GraphPad Prism
  • 较好的英文水平听写说

  • A science degree in a relevant field Master of Biological Sciences or Ph.D. desirable
  • A minimum of three-year sales experience
  • In depth knowledge of theoretical and applied Revvity technology
  • A solid understanding of the industry and market conditions affecting the territory/product line(s)
  • Excellent negotiating skills and strong communication skills both written and oral are also needed
  • Work under minimal supervision and show highly active attitude
  • Demonstrated ethics and integrity
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel Power Point and GraphPad Prism

Fluent in English (reading writing and speaking)
