Job Summary
- Reporting to the Business Partner - Digital Experience
- Hybrid working model (2 days working from home & 3 days working in the office)
ESS Compass Group seeks to be a market leader in digital hospitality in the Offshore and Remote sector. The Digital Experience team aims to connect people through digital touchpoints (iOT) with the purpose of leveraging technology and innovation to enhance customer experience.
There is a fantastic opportunity that has arisen to collaborate on both new and existing digital projects within our team. We are seeking a passionate motivated Digital Support Administrator to assist with marketing and implementation of digital health & wellbeing solutions.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the project team and site operations.The role will see you working autonomously to ensure our sites reach digital expectations and maximise customer engagement with our applications across the Offshore and Remote business.
ESS has developed Guesst a remote village application and the Tastelife Online wellness portal which are designed to enhance the onsite customer experience. For an overview of the app visit: Responsibilities:
- Tracking and analysing of data and reporting
- Identify opportunities for improvement to the digital user experience. Further streamline processes such as automation of content and system integrations contribute to the innovation roadmap
- Digital content creator and marketing specialist create and manage a content management strategy for websites and applications. Publishing of site wide promotions creating content in Tastelife online and Guesst app in line with brand standards to boost app engagement and increase brand exposure.
- Research new market leading health and wellbeing innovation and develop business cases proposals and presentations for business review as required.
- Contribute to change management processes and lead nationwide system training to operational site based teams.
- Cross departmental collaboration on digital projects. Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
System Experience Essential:
- Canva
- Indesign
- Drupal
- Microsoft suite
- Knowledge in Adobe creative cloud apps for graphic design video editing and UX design
System Experience Desired:
- Experience in content management systems such example mailchip brandfolder or planoly
