Role Overview
We are looking for a General Manager to lead all aspects of a rapidly scaling last-mile delivery operation in Phnom Penh. You will be responsible for managing teams driving operational excellence and implementing systems for reliable transparent delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of drivers fleet supervisors and dispatchers to deliver exceptional performance.
Take full ownership of key operational KPIs including on-time delivery cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and refine systems for routing tracking and real-time monitoring of deliveries.
Recruit train and scale the driver workforce as the business expands.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for safety vehicle maintenance and operational discipline.
Quickly resolve operational issues such as traffic delays lost packages customer escalations and driver shortages.
Collaborate closely with company founders to drive growth across Phnom Penh and potentially into new markets.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing drivers or overseeing fleet operations.
Hands-on background in last-mile delivery express logistics or broader transportation sectors.
Proven ability to analyze operational data and make informed metric-driven decisions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire coach and discipline frontline teams.
High levels of energy accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
