Job Summary

Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Interest in consumer goods or FMCG industry
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Handle Czech-speaking customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Resolve product order and account-related queries professionally
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Contribute to team quality targets and customer satisfaction goals
