Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1/C2); good command of English
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for e-commerce and fashion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced support environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Assist Danish-speaking customers with orders returns deliveries and account queries
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams on order status updates
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Identify patterns in common issues and flag to team leads
What we offer
- Salary: 1300 gross/month
- Performance bonus depending on project
- Relocation package: flights covered 2 weeks hotel accommodation in Chania assistance with finding an apartment real estate agent commission paid by us
