Job Summary

Requirements

Native or fluent Czech speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
Interest in the automotive industry or vehicle technology
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

Support Czech-speaking customers with vehicle-related inquiries warranties and service bookings
Assist with roadside assistance requests and ownership queries
Guide customers through digital tools and owner portals
Coordinate with dealership networks and technical specialists on escalations
Maintain high quality and accuracy in all customer interactions
