Spanish Speaking Junior Customer & Sales Support Representative
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries in Spanish via phone email or chat.

Provide support and guidance regarding products services and account-related questions.

Identify sales opportunities during inbound interactions and promote suitable solutions.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing client accounts.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in internal systems.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.

Achieve individual and team sales and performance targets.
Requirements

Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level).

Good level of English (B2 or higher).

Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Experience in customer service account management or sales is a plus.

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sales.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools.
Working Schedule
