Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM

About the Role
Are you a fluent Croatian speaker with a passion for helping others We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join a growing team working remotely from anywhere in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for customers providing support and solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in Croatian

Resolve issues efficiently and professionally ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Provide information about products services and order status

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service
Requirements

Fluent in Croatian (C1 or above)

Good level of English (for internal communication)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Comfortable using computers and basic software tools

Must be legally eligible to work in Greece and reside there
