This role is ideal for a handson executiondriven professional who thrives in fastpaced datarich environments and enjoys driving organisational capability at scale.
The successful candidate will operate within a large complex corporate structure (2000 employees) and will play a critical role in delivering performance management learning and development organisational effectiveness and talent processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Talent Processes
- Implements and manages the full performance management cycle ensuring consistent application and data integrity across the organisation.
- Administers talent segmentation frameworks and assessment processes to identify highpotential employees critical skill gaps and succession requirements.
- Maintains accurate HRIS data for performance records learning activities talent profiles and organisational structures.
Learning & Development Execution
- Implements the Learning & Development strategy including programme evaluation vendor coordination and alignment with capability priorities.
- Monitors L&D budget utilisation and ensures effective delivery of development initiatives.
- Manages the study assistance programme including eligibility assessments approvals and policy compliance.
Organisational Effectiveness & Design
- Conducts organisational design analysis and structure reviews to optimise team configurations and functional alignment.
- Designs and executes culture diagnostics engagement surveys and organisational health assessments.
- Develops process documentation user guides and communication materials to support performance and talent initiatives.
Data Insights & Reporting
- Analyses performance L&D organisational effectiveness and talent data to identify trends and provide evidencebased recommendations.
- Produces insights and reports that support senior leadership decisionmaking and people strategy execution.
Experience & Qualifications Required
- 68 years progressive experience in talent management organisational effectiveness performance management or L&D.
- Experience working in a Technology or Corporate environment with a minimum staff complement of 2000 employees.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Organisational Development or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday SAP SuccessFactors or similar) and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong analytical capability using Excel Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience in process implementation change management and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong relationshipbuilding influencing and communication skills.
