Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Module Lead – OSI-PI with strong expertise in industrial data systems and IT-OT integration. The candidate will act as both an individual contributor and a team lead responsible for designing implementing and optimizing OSI PI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide solution architecture and ensure applications are well-designed and aligned with organizational standards
- Lead installation implementation and support of OSI PI systems across projects
- Drive adoption of new technologies and optimize IT/OT systems
- Mentor system analysts and support UAT and validation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work in a global delivery environment with distributed teams
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of OSI PI system architecture with minimum 8 years of hands-on experience
- Experience with OSI PI (Aveva) configuration and solution design
- Hands-on experience with:
- OPC UA OPC DA / HDA
- PI Interfaces (OPC DA PItoPI RDBMS UFL)
- PI Visualization tools (PI DataLink PI ProcessBook PI Vision)
- Experience in IT-OT integrations including industrial connectors like Kepware
- Strong knowledge of PI Data Access technologies:
- AF SDK
- OLEDB / ODBC / JDBC
- PI OPC DA/HDA Server
- PI Web API
Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of industrial standards and protocols:
- Knowledge of:
- Computerized System Validation
- GAMP GxP environments
- Quality Systems
Additional Requirements
- Ability to handle both technical and leadership responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies such as Edge Computing and IoT
- Level 100 & Level 200 accreditation preferred
