Job Summary

Position: Manager - Call Center – Voice & Non-Voice Operations
Location: Cochin
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in running Voice and Non-Voice Call Center operations
Salary : 6 Lakhs (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end operations for both Voice and Non-Voice channels.
* Forecast workforce requirements and ensure optimization of productivity and efficiency.
* Ensure 100% adherence to company systems and processes.
* Drive succession planning and conduct regular performance reviews.
* Drive acquisition targets and prepare MIS presentations and reports for management review. ( weekly / monthly)
* Ensure all operations are carried out within the scope of internal policies and compliance guidelines.
Skills Required:
* Process improvement mindset
* Strong decision-making skills
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Need to be cost focused will drive the entity as a separate business unit and will directly report into me.
Qualification & Experience:
* Graduate in any discipline
* Experience managing a minimum team size of 50 employees
* Resposible for sales and service call centers
