Job Summary
Position: Finance Manager
Location: Cochin
Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA
Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of progressive finance / accounting experience of which 5 - 7 years of financial managerial role gained preferably in MNC environment or BPO Minimum 5 years managerial experience is required
Salary: As per Industry Standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Controllership Function
1) Full controllership responsibility of legal entity - Supervise control and organize in all
financial dimensions (Financial Accounting Tax Payroll Payables Treasury Statutory
Reporting etc.)
2) Ensure compliance to internal controls finance policies & statutory regulations
3) Co-ordinate with external auditors to complete year-end audit
4) Ensure on time month-end/year-end closing financial reporting forecasting and
reconciliations
5) Improve internal financial process of legal entity
6) Timely communication to HQ / Group / Business unit
7) Provide monthly financial performance measures to Group Leads
8) Develop & maintain financial model for GBS services

1) Full accountability of GBS Finance Function
2) Ensure high quality deliverables on time
3) Drive value creation for business units
4) Recruit and Build team of high-quality people
5) Drive training & development to build expertise
6) Conduct performance review with regular feedback mechanism along with coaching
7) Develop backup and succession plan for team
8) Business Development of GBS Activities
