Realise Futures is seeking a Support Worker (RF Works Coach)to join our team at Growing Places.
No two days are the same youll play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs to engage and develop through horticultural activity in a vocational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
deliver tailored support and coaching to individuals at our 2 acre horticultural site adapting your approach and methods to meet their needs
work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment that provides purposeful activity for our clients.
Requirements:
a passion for people progression and working outdoors but no horticultural experience necessary
excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people with differing levels of capacity and understanding
ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
a full clean driving licence is desirable but not essential as you may be required to drive company vehicles and on occasion work from other sites
role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
