Job Description
As a in Unarmed Security Enforcement Officer in Boynton Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors staff and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
- Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials checking identification and documenting visitor and/or vendor access in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity unsecured access points and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Support day-to-day access control operations by assisting with badge procedures directing foot and vehicle traffic and reporting security-related concerns according to post instructions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Guard card is reequired.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
