Responsibilities
Placing confirmation calls to verify scheduled appointments
Corresponding with customers to monitor status via email phone and text
Remaining available to customers to troubleshoot and problem solve during process
Ensuring accurate data entry with CRM system
Qualifications
Outgoing individual who thrives on human interaction
Confident speaker with effective communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated disciplined and dependable
Tech-savvy familiar with CRM systems
Compensation
Competitive hourly base pay: $23/hour
