Job Description
Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust aftermarket commodity strategy aligned with market trends technical specifications and service requirements.
Maintain Business Over Time metrics benchmarking data strategy presentations global budget tracking and ontime delivery performance.
Lead key meetings with crossfunctional teams (engineering supplier quality supply chain finance marketing sales and service) to ensure alignment with aftermarket priorities.
Build business plans that support service and customer satisfaction goals ensuring availability of critical parts and accessories.
Collaborate with global counterparts to align aftermarket strategies across regions and future programs.
Adhere to corporate and unit purchasing accounting and compliance practices.
Manage the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain sourcing process including RFQs quote analysis and source selection for aftermarket parts.
Apply advanced tools such as benchmarking global competitive sourcing value chain analysis supplier negotiations engineering change cost containment technical cost reduction and part/system reuse to optimize aftermarket supply.
Monitor supplier performance with a focus on responsiveness warranty support and service continuity.
Drive initiatives to reduce downtime for customers by ensuring reliable part availability.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or a related field.
Advanced or Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Relevant experience in aftermarket procurement or supply chain management.
Proven ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Experience managing commercial issues with suppliers including warranty and servicerelated negotiations.
Demonstrated competence in negotiation and supplier performance management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and anticipate aftermarket demand trends.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with global sourcing or working in multinational environments.
Knowledge of aftermarket service operations customer support or parts distribution.
Familiarity with technical costreduction methodologies and engineering change management.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools or procurement systems.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week or other frequency dictated by their manager.
