Job Summary

Position: Corporate Associate.

Location: Tysons VA.

Employment Type: Full-Time Hybrid.

About the Role

Seeking a mid- to senior-level associate with experience in corporate/transactional law including M&A venture capital and/or lending. This is a partnership-track role offering significant responsibility in leading deals managing transactions and advising clients.

Qualifications

Experience with mergers and acquisitions venture capital and/or bank or private placement lending.

Experience with drafting and negotiating key business contracts and agreements and leading deals and transactions through closing.

Admission (or qualification for waiver) to Virginia Bar.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with regulations applicable to government contractors.

Knowledge of information technology and/or aerospace industry.

Experience with start-ups and emerging companies.

Familiarity with intellectual property-centered companies IP protection and licensing.
