Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues managing booking requests and ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator problem-solver and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone email or online systems
- Accurately enter and update booking information in the reservation system
- Provide customers with information about services availability pricing and policies
- Assist customers with changes cancellations and special requests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Ensure all reservations are processed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain records and prepare reports as required
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email a timely and professional manner
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem offering solutions and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders forms applications and requests as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction

Days & Hours:
Monday Friday 9am 6pm
Pay Structure:
Salary Commission: $45K start (with key performance metrics offering immediate 5K jumps if achieved)
1% Commission on Sales paid monthly in arrears (first 12 months will typically equate to 1m 1.3m sales equivalent to 10k-13k commission)
