Job Summary
Job Title: ServiceNow Analyst
Location: Memphis TN (Onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 3 6 Months Contract
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analyst to support a short-term project focused on requirements gathering solution design and implementation support within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring business needs are accurately translated into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow-ready requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate design and solutioning sessions with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities
- Track project progress milestones and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
- Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and improvements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform and modules including:
- ITIL / ITSM
- ITOM
- ITBM / SPM
- HRSD
- CSM
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices and implementation frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to create user stories workflows and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA CIS or equivalent)
- Prior experience in similar short-term or transformation projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
