Position Summary:
The Project Manager provides end-to-end leadership on commercial construction projects-from preconstruction and bidding through planning execution close-out and warranty. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction maintaining project quality managing costs and delivering projects on schedule.
Working closely with Superintendents and Project Engineers the Project Manager plays a key role in aligning project execution with company standards values and safety expectations with a strong emphasis on integrity collaboration and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects through all phases including preconstruction procurement execution and close-out
Support business development efforts through client engagement industry involvement and project interviews
Develop and implement project management plans including safety quality and site logistics
Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships ensuring compliance with contracts and procurement policies
Oversee all financial aspects of projects including budgeting forecasting billing and profitability
Collaborate with project teams and safety personnel to ensure safe project execution targeting zero incidents
Maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and stakeholders
Provide leadership and coordination across internal and external teams
Anticipate project needs and proactively plan construction activities
Monitor and update project budgets and forecasts on a regular basis
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Construction Science or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction (residential experience not considered)
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present confidently in client meetings interviews and group settings
OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
