Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow delivery experience to lead and manage enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across multiple modules coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  • This role requires hands-on experience managing ServiceNow programs involving Core Platform Workplace Service Delivery Enterprise Asset Management Field Service Management Source-to-Pay Operations and GRC along with excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects from initiation and planning through execution go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Own project governance including scope schedule budget risks issues dependencies and change control.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including ServiceNow developers architects testers business analysts and vendors.
  • Manage and coordinate implementations across ServiceNow modules:
    • ServiceNow Core Platform
    • Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
    • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
    • Field Service Management (FSM)
    • Source-to-Pay Operations
    • Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
  • Facilitate project ceremonies including kickoffs status meetings sprint planning retrospectives and steering committee updates.
  • Track and report project progress milestones risks and financials to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices SDLC methodologies and organizational governance standards.
  • Manage vendors system integrators and third-party dependencies.
  • Support UAT planning go-live readiness cutover activities and post-production stabilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across ServiceNow programs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in information systems Business Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8 years of project management experience with 3 5 years managing ServiceNow projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules including Core WSD EAM FSM Source-to-Pay and GRC.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow delivery lifecycle platform capabilities and implementation approaches.
  • Experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum Hybrid or Waterfall delivery models.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or SAFe Agilist.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA CIS or module-specific certifications).
  • Prior experience in regulated industries (financial services healthcare public sector).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations data migration and release management concepts.
