Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow delivery experience to lead and manage enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across multiple modules coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- This role requires hands-on experience managing ServiceNow programs involving Core Platform Workplace Service Delivery Enterprise Asset Management Field Service Management Source-to-Pay Operations and GRC along with excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects from initiation and planning through execution go-live and post-implementation support.
- Own project governance including scope schedule budget risks issues dependencies and change control.
- Lead cross-functional teams including ServiceNow developers architects testers business analysts and vendors.
- Manage and coordinate implementations across ServiceNow modules:
- ServiceNow Core Platform
- Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- Source-to-Pay Operations
- Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
- Facilitate project ceremonies including kickoffs status meetings sprint planning retrospectives and steering committee updates.
- Track and report project progress milestones risks and financials to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices SDLC methodologies and organizational governance standards.
- Manage vendors system integrators and third-party dependencies.
- Support UAT planning go-live readiness cutover activities and post-production stabilization.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across ServiceNow programs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in information systems Business Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8 years of project management experience with 3 5 years managing ServiceNow projects.
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules including Core WSD EAM FSM Source-to-Pay and GRC.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow delivery lifecycle platform capabilities and implementation approaches.
- Experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum Hybrid or Waterfall delivery models.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or SAFe Agilist.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA CIS or module-specific certifications).
- Prior experience in regulated industries (financial services healthcare public sector).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations data migration and release management concepts.
