Technical Program Manager Network Integration (Project Alloy)

Location: Onsite 5 days/week - Downtown Dallas TX (Required)

Contract Length: 6 Months (High likelihood of extension)

Must Haves

7 10 years of Technical Program Management / Program Management experience
Strong experience in network telecom or infrastructure environments
Proven ability to:
- Own and build integrated program timelines from scratch
- Manage complex cross-functional dependencies
- Drive execution across multiple overlapping workstreams
Strong understanding of:
- NOC (Network Operations Center)
- OSS/BSS systems
- Network architecture concepts
Experience managing TSA timelines or large-scale M&A related transitions
