Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex projects involving multiple vendors and integrations
Define project scope goals and deliverables
Develop and maintain full-scale project plans
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams
Manage project budgets and resource allocation
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Track and report project status to stakeholders and leadership
Manage project changes to meet business objectives
Provide direction to external vendors
Participate in quality audits
Develop RFI/RFP documentation when required

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Strong experience with vendor management and package implementations
Experience with Waterfall Agile and Hybrid methodologies
Ability to manage multiple dependent projects
Strong communication and executive presence
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Strong planning and coordination skills
Experience managing internal external and hybrid teams
Technical understanding of infrastructure and technology projects
Experience managing technology roadmap initiatives

Tools & Technologies

Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Project)
Microsoft Project ServiceNow Azure DevOps (preferred)

Education & Certifications

Bachelors degree or higher (required)
PMP Certification (required)
Agile Certification / Scrum Master (required)
Degree or certification in Computer Science Information Systems or Engineering (preferred)
