Sales Manager
Location: Gurugram.
Experience: 8-12 Years.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer prospecting account management strong business acumen and a proven track record in sales and relationship management. The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving new business by acquiring new logos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential customers across industries building strong relationships with CXOs & key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation proposal development negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales pitches to clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with vendors OEMs and other stakeholders to enhance offerings.
- Map customer business objectives with various offerings from Black Box that create value for the customer.
Skills Required:
- Business development and new logo acquisition.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Relevant Experience in managing Enterprise customers across industry segments viz. Manufacturing Automotive Hospitality Healthcare Real Estate Education.
- Knowledge of Data Center/ Networking/ Modern Workplace/ IoT/ Cybersecurity.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive environment.
