AboutThe Role
As an Operations Associate youll sit at the heart of the action across Paddy Power Sky Betting & Gaming and Betfair Sportsbook & Exchange platforms protecting our customers shaping their experience and influencing real-time decisions that drive performance.

- Monitor betting activity in real time manage markets resolve errors and identify risk with sound judgment and calm decision-making.
- Anticipate issues before they arise and act quickly to ensure seamless journeys across every touchpoint.
- Spot patterns challenge inefficiencies and share insights that strengthen risk controls and streamline processes.
- Partner closely with Trading teams and senior stakeholders to solve problems quickly and thoughtfully.
- Make commercial decisions that protect the business while always keeping the customer front of mind.
