Job Summary
Our Brisbane highways team is in a really strong position delivering a diverse mix of projects across state and local government clients including TMR while continuing to secure new work through sustained infrastructure investment. Theres genuine momentum here a busy team a healthy forward pipeline and the backing of AECOMs broader ANZ network.
How youll make a difference
- Lead the delivery of complex highways and road infrastructure projects across Queensland
- Provide technical oversight and direction across multidisciplinary design teams
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients including TMR and local authorities
- Support work winning activities including proposals and strategic pursuits
- Mentor and develop engineers across the Brisbane team
- Contribute to the growth and capability of the highways business
Qualifications :

- Extensive experience in civil engineering with a focus on highways/road design
- Strong background delivering projects for TMR and/or local government clients
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a consultancy environment
- RPEQ essential
- Proven ability to lead teams manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes
- A commercial mindset with experience supporting or leading work winning
