Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to work on complex projects from our Brisbane studio. The ideal candidate will be a registered architect with 10 years with strong technical knowledge & experience across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex high value projects
- Oversee all project phases including design documentation & delivery ensuring they meet client expectations and design standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and collaborators in the industry.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Registered Architect with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience across a variety of sectors.
- In-depth technical knowledge
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors
- Good Revit documentation skills.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate design ideas into complex buildings
