What to expect

The Postmaster Remuneration Co-Ordinator is a key member of the Revenue function & Delivery team responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives always modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset. Acting as an advisor the Postmaster Remuneration Co-Ordinator will demonstrate their expertise in managing queries raised by branches relating to Postmaster Remuneration the Operational Excellence Incentive and any further mechanisms that are developed in this space.


The Postmaster Remuneration Co-Ordinator will primarily be managing the PM Rem inboxes and preparing monthly data uploads to CFS. They will act as a main point of contact for postmasters/operators and support a culture of inclusion continuous improvement and high performance.


This role will be responsible every month for the collating manipulating and uploading of remuneration data that is not automatically feeding into CFS requiring strong Excel skills. Additionally you will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes manage the relevant inboxes and assist with the facilitation of engagement sessions.

What youll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable experience in an Administration role with strong Excel skills: In addition you will possess:
Proven experience collaborating with peers colleagues and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
Applied expertise across relevant tools systems and procedures to achieve business results whilst demonstrating drive towards continuous improvement.
Demonstrable experience of completing assignments to a high quality to achieve objectives and key results.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and network across Post Office to build connections.
A true problem solver with the ability to make decisions and solve common problems whilst knowing when to escalate complex issues that may impact delivery.
Adopts a continuous improvement approach using data and insights to help inform decisions
