Job Summary
- Job title: e - commerce coordinator
- Job Type: Permanent
- Location: Ellesmere Port - Head Office Based On-site
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: 28000 to 32000 pa DOE
Overview of the role:
- To support the launch development and administration of a new e-commerce site within SGS
- Facilitate conversation with customers having queries managing them and ensuring the correct action is taken
- To liaise with different business lines commercial teams and internal stakeholders across the organisation to gather validate and maintain accurate product information
- Analyse sales data customer and market trends to make data-driven recommendations
- Work closely with marketing teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing space.
You will also have all of the following:
- Degree within a Business or Digital Marketing field
- Experience within an using cloud based e-commerce platforms
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Full Driving license for use in the UK
