We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. This role combines operational HR excellence with strategic project coordination ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and supporting business growth. You will act as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership driving consistency and efficiency across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Systems Management
Create maintain and audit employee records in HRIS and internal trackers.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and traceability across HR systems.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes with precision.
Handle first-level employee queries regarding system access documentation and leave requests.
Reporting & Data Oversight
Employee Lifecycle Management
Recruitment Support & ATS Management
Manage user access to the ATS (Lever).
Provide operational support to recruitment teams and generate recruitment reports.
Ensure data integrity and organization within the ATS.
HR Project Coordination
Contribute to HR projects such as system enhancements policy rollouts audits and process standardization.
Maintain project documentation timelines and trackers.
Support the deployment of consistent HR standards across teams and regions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration or HR project management ideally in technology or high-growth environments.
Strong proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
Skilled in data management reporting and analytics.
Excellent organizational skills autonomy and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
