Job Summary
- Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media professional networks and employee referrals. as well head hunting.
- Write and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills experience and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews technical knowledge for pharmacies.
Requirements
degree in pharmaceutical fields
work experience as an HR Recruiter & Pharmacist
3. At least 3 years pharmacist & 1-2 years branch manager
4. Solid knowledge of pharmacy market
